Recordkeeper Apprenticeship Tracker is designed to manage the specific needs of construction training facilities such as a JATC. The software is fully cross-platform functional; it works seamlessly on Mac or on Windows. Like all of the Recordkeeper family of products, Apprenticeship Tracker is a complete CRM tool (for education/training). There is no need for multiple software titles, or for reporting and tracking other data in Excel—or any other software.¹

You can keep track of all the information related to your students/apprentices as well as alumni information and realted faculty and staff information. The program is customized to keep track of citations, rerates, applications, transcripts, and required coursework for certification. We can easily integrate Apprenticeship Tracker with your website so that your students can register, add, or cancel classes online. We can integrate your time/billing system—or you can use our financial modules—with Apprenticeship Tracker and your website.

Recordkeeper Apprenticeship Tracker is designed to handle dispatching in-house; and it has a more robust contact management system. This more powerful module manages related businesses, school relations, construction companies and other contacts who interact with the school. There is a program-based scheduling module designed to schedule apprentices for entire programs, per term, which may include multiple course components.
Apprenticeship Tracker is designed to work with our web integration modules. Web features include student enrollment, course catalog, transcripts, updates to student information, class scheduling, personnel hour input, personnel schedule tracking, contractor logins, and contractor search features. The application also syncs with QuickBooks and with Microsoft Outlook if you choose to install/purchase additional functionality.

Youth Recordkeeper
Youth RecordKeeper Software for Macintosh and Windows users was designed specifically to handle all the recording need for many youth programs such as Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts & Canadian Boy Scouts.
