Individual Training
With an individual training session you have the ability to tailor your interaction with our traininers 1:1. We are more than happy to schedule sessions either online, in-person, or over the phone. We have hourly rates for individual sessions. We suggest that you use one-on-one sessions to "train the trainer" where your employee becomes the go-to person in your business to answer questions and teach principles after our training session is finished.
We can teach basic principles, review those principles and apply them to future training topics. At Recordkeeper we like to rely on previously learned principles as building blocks to more advanced topics. It is also helpful for us to use a project you are working on as a basis for learning.

Group Training
An on-site visit is the perfect way to train your entire staff--or a subset of your staff--all at once. We would be happy to discuss a curriculum tailored to your training needs. When we visit on-site we suggest the first session be no longer than four hours with follow-up sessions of 1-2 hours focused either on questions raised in the first session or in a deep-dive on a particular topic. It is helpful if we discuss the specific processes which you use in your business and tailor our sessions to that process.
The training staff can consult with you ahead of time and arrange an agenda which meets the specific needs of your organization. Within these group sessions we do like to "train the trainer," that is we help your staff members become super-users who can serve as knowledgeable resources for the rest of your staff.

Onsite Training and Installation
Services provided by RecordKeeper Systems for a daily flat-rate of $1000.00/day. Travel expenses are an additional charge.
