Contacts Module
The Contacts module stores detailed information about contractors with whom students might be employed including contract locals and other union offices. The Contacts module is designed to be as granular as you require by allowing multiple locations and multiple associated contacts within each company and location.
- Tracks multiple locations and multiple contacts per location
- Organizes information by multiple filters including locations, training agents, regions, accounts, and linked accounts
- Assign user names and passwords to account contacts so that they may access the web interface and search for qualified students
- Optional additional functionality
- Assign a specific training agent for a trade as well as the start and end dates of their contractual agreements
- Link contacts to QuickBooks for invoicing employee training
