Class (Course/Section) Management Module


The courses module manages and tracks detailed information about scheduled courses. AP Tracker associates certifications, affiliated schools, and sub-courses to courses. The application includes detailed course information including date, time, room, and more. AP Tracker performs conflict checks to ensure that courses, instructors, and facilities don't conflict. One-click reports are built-in including section details, meal checks, attendance sheets, enrollment, various letters, and more.

  • Enrollees: Add, view, check status of students enrolled in a specific class. Automatically generates reminder letters via email or snail mail if no email available
  • Status: To-do lists for specific courses, generates log of who did what task related to a course, roster, meal checks, OSHA cards mailed, etc.
  • Books: Imports list of books from course catalog when a class is created, fees imported from course catalog, required/non-required status imported from course catalog
  • Hours: records student hours for each day for particular courses (attendance)
  • Calendar: produces a calendar for everything in the found-record set (when you search), system can generate plotter-sized version of calendar
