Personnel Module


The Personnel module tracks information about staff, instructors, and anyone who is not a student. Room assignments, inventory, instructor timesheets, calendars and certifications tracking are encompassed in this area. Like student information, the Personnel section includes historical information as well.

  • View, edit, delete and manage all personnel details
  • Assignment: track which courses have been assigned to a specific teacher, add/remove assignments, special plug-in available to synchronize this information with Microsoft Outlook¹
  • Inventory: track inventory assigned to a specific teacher
  • Human Resources: tracks how a teacher is paid for OT, DT, vacation, sick and holiday time, these definitions power web-based timecard system for staff (Optional additional functionality)¹
  • Permissions: control access to the AP Tracker program including each user's ability to browse, edit, delete in specific areas of the program. finely controlled access to all areas of the program
  • Timesheets: complex payroll reports may be generated by location, department, work-performed, holiday, sick, OT and DT, export data in format for ADP, web-based timesheet entry for staff which syncs with AP Tracker (Optional additional functionality)¹
  • Calendar: print a monthly grid-style calendar of the selected staff person
